Background
On July 1, 2006, a few Lightworkers were guided to a dimension far, far away and never before reached by human beings (how we got there and why we went is another story). The beings who met us asked us why we had come.

"We're on a mission to save our planet," we said. "Can you help us?" They gave us a template that they said would serve as a major upgrade to our current divine blueprint. They said that the Earth is now ready to receive it so "spread the word."

During this process we discovered that we had activated up to our 8,000,000th chakra instead of the approximate 33 (some teach more or less) we thought were possible, and that each one opened up a new world, seemingly as large as a universe within itself.

We were then able to travel inter-dimensionally at the speed of thought, anywhere we wanted to go. In the location we received this special Template, we participated in activating it for our personal use.

Hawkins Frequency Scale
Dr. Hawkins developed a Scale of Consciousness based on a logarithmic scale of 1 to 1000. He claimed that all ideas, thoughts, literature, etc., vibrate at some level. Energies above 200 are considered positive, and those below 200 are rated as negative. A level of 1000 is considered the number required for ascension.

New Template Upgrade to the Divine Blueprint
The Template provides access to higher levels of consciousness that were not available to mankind before. Ascension Frequencies can now be easily accessed and maintained. You might think of it as a software upgrade, an addition to our Divine Blueprint.

Before your Session

• Drink plenty of water.
• Use the bathroom so you don't have to interrupt the session.
• Try to relax and clear your mind 30-60 minutes prior.
• Plan not to do anything important immediately following the session, in case you require an adjustment period to adjust to the higher-level frequencies.
• Invoke spiritual protection as you normally would. If you're new at this, ask for guidance from your facilitator.
• Have pen and paper handy for notes if desired.
• Ask any questions you might have.

During the Session

• Relax with eyes closed if possible.
• Hold a sense of gratitude for all.
• Expect to feel intense warmth, and sensations of vibrating or tingling in various parts of your body. The increase in heat could feel a bit uncomfortable for some.
• Give your self permission to participate fully with what occurs during activation process.
• Feel free to share whatever you are see, feel, or experience with us as we go along, as we take many cues from you as to how to proceed.
• Avoid asking questions or making unnecessary chatter during the session, unless you wish to address one of the Holy Beings who appear during the activation.

• Get yourself grounded as soon as possible. If you're not sure how, ask your facilitator.
