Introduction
Welcome to the Agents of Light newsletter. The purpose of our monthly newsletter is to establish contact and support for Lightworkers and their families, as they in turn access healing Light energy for themselves, Mother Earth and all other life on this planet. There are hundreds of practical uses for Light energy, and it can serve us and our children in any manner we can conceive while also helping raise the Earth's vibration. Our goal is to help create a critical mass of higher frequency energy that will raise the planet's vibration and lead us all into the New Age.
In this issue, we're very excited to share a special message from Prime Source announcing the start of the Earth's transition from its present paradigms to the beginning of the New Age. We also wish to invite everyone to our special Christmas webcast on December 25 that's sponsored by the Councils of Light (see story below).

A Message from Prime Source - "The Time is Now, the Kingdom of Earth is at Hand"
My beloved children, it's not often, if ever, that you hear from me, as I am referred to as the 'Prime Source of All That Is.' But I come to you now because you are in a critical point in your planet's history.
Kingdom of Earth
Over the next three months, you will begin to see manifestations of the intervention of the Divine Councils of Heaven into the affairs of your world. It's now time to bring my kingdom to your Earth. And I wanted to let you know what you can expect to see happen. In preparation for this time, I have mustered the many Legions of Heaven in a massive, intricate plan for accomplishing what must be done. It's important that each of you also commit your energy, your positive thoughts, prayers and Light as a unified group intention to help bring this to pass. You need to focus on who you truly are; one family under God.
In the next three months you should put forth your intention, focus, heart, love, prayers and Light into coming together as one planet to bring peace and set the groundwork for abundance for the Earth. We need to forgive the past and call this a new day; a day of renewal, a day of love, and a day for peace and abundance for all.
The Divine Mother will draw closer and closer to her children in the next few months ahead, and she brings a special blessing or dispensation to help draw you to her. Through this, you will begin to realize that you are all one. You must forsake your prior misconceptions of separateness, for it's time that my children come together in love and joy for one another.
I will be sending representatives of the Galactic Federation, the Councils of Light and the Hosts of Heaven to various leaders of government, business and religion, and I will bring them together in councils during their sleep state. I have directed my representatives to work very closely with your leaders in all aspects of society to resolve those things that are not consistent with your planet's evolution. We will be reaching out with tremendous love and energy in the hope of bringing you all together.
Governments
It's time for the governments of your world to face the reality of what your past ways have manifested for your planet. The truth of those terrible things that have been happening will see the light of day! We will no longer stand by and allow dark elements to misuse and abuse my children or rape and destroy your beautiful Earth. We have already neutralized the terrible weapons that your leaders have expended so much time and energy creating. We will not allow such things to be used ever again. Instead, we will soon see the advent of resources being used for the betterment of the planet, creating free energy that doesn't pollute the environment or cause wars to be fought over it.
Business
It's time for your business community all around the planet to start taking responsibility for the poverty, the pollution, the filth and squalor of most of the people in your world. The pursuit of wealth as an end unto itself has done much to harm the spirits of those born in impoverished areas, and has done nothing to support the betterment and ascension of your planet. We will restructure your economies and systems of government and justice, until you finally have a world that we can truly call divine and representative of my kingdom on Earth.
Religion
I will look to the religious leaders to stop teaching you that you are separate from me. We are all one, and we always have been, and we always will be. You are all much, much more that you've ever realized, and this will soon become evident in the years ahead. Pursue knowledge and understanding for who you truly are and why you're here, and what you came to accomplish for your planet.
Claim Your Dominion
Those who were behind the scenes, in the shadows so to speak, have been removed and will soon be exposed. The Light will shine on all Darkness, and all Darkness will be removed from all institutions in your society. This is your planet to take dominion over, not the prerogative of a few who used to linger in the shadows. You will soon see verifiable changes taking place in all aspects of your society. Finally, your deliverance is near. My Kingdom, which I'm pleased to give you, is ready to be delivered. It's up to you to accept it and to reject those things that only brought you Darkness. Now is the time to stand up and be heard!
I love you all very much and will be with you as we see this transition through together.

Divine Mother Accepts Dominion over the Earth
As of 12/4/06, The Holy Mother has officially taken dominion over the Earth, and will work with the Hosts of Heaven to implement changes that the people of Earth request as part of restoring the planet and leading her to ascension. Lightworkers should make their requests for changes through the appropriate officials as necessary. Remember, changes require our ‘permission’ before the Holy Ones can intervene in our society. The following Ascended Beings are now taking charge of, and will hear requests for changes in all aspects of world society:

Government – St. Germaine

“My children are suffering. Take dominion over the areas my children are suffering. Ask your readers to take dominion over areas of great suffering, and over the elements causing that suffering. Call forward Heaven on Earth. Call into manifestation God’s Kingdom on Earth. The suffering going on is no longer necessary. Send this message out and tell readers they can also open wider an ‘open space’ to invite me, Jesus and the other Holy Ones into their lives. There is a great opening this time of year to receive from the Spirit realm. They only have to ask! Invite us in this Christmas!”

As we work through a complex and somewhat lengthly transition process, St. Germaine has this special Christmas message for us concerning overcoming "our greatest enemy" as we transition to the "Golden Age."

Salvaging the Nether Worlds, a Rescue Effort from the Divine Mother
Last month, I mentioned the major rescue effort that Divine Mother began in October to save the 50 million 'lost' souls who've been trapped and asleep in the lower dimensions. While it's hard to imagine, many have been trapped there for thousands of years. Light Beings from hundreds of universes are pouring Light into this area and volunteering their support in various ways. The progress has been nothing short of astounding!
As of 12/18/06, almost all have shown some movement (49 million), 97% (48.5 million) have opened their eyes, 29% are walking around with some help (14.5 million) and a growing number (1 million) without assistance. 20% (10 million) are starting to ask questions such as "Who am I?", "Where am I?", "What is this place?" and "Why am I here?," and 750,000 are regaining cognitive ability. Every day, more and more beings are helping throughout creation, including about 10,000 people from Earth through their prayers and other spiritual offerings of love and concern. And they're making such rapid and excellent progress, that Divine Mother has started schools to help acclimatize these souls back into the 'mainstream' of their etheric world. At this juncture, we're expecting some to start returning 'home' by the end of January, 2007.
When the project started in October, the Nether World was a dark, cold, rocky and somewhat dangerous place. It looked very much (but worse) like that depicted in the award winning 1998 movie What Dreams May Come, starring Robin Williams. Up until just recently, those who had the the ability to visit this dark and dreary realm would have found it miserable and heartrending, and blanketed with millions of souls stuck in immobile, comatose states. But the situation is improving rapidly as Light is poured into that area!
As the Light energy continues to pour into this once dark and desolate area, through the efforts of those supporting this project, the Nether Worlds has begun to manifest beautiful grass and flowers, along with trees, streams and birds. Just a few months ago, this area was so terrifying that no one felt safe going there, but it's now quite safe to go there. Although Divine Mother hasn't made any long-term plans for this area (approximately 50 square miles), she plans to renovate it with beautiful gardens, complete with streams and waterfalls, and plenty of friendly birds and animals.
Those of us working on the project are all very hopeful for the progress we are making, but Divine Mother is asking for your help too! Besides the Light, love, and prayers, that many are contributing, she'd like us to volunteer to help at night during our dream state. She's requesting that we come, regardless of our skills and experience, to hold them, read to them or even just call their name while they're sleeping. Anything you do can make a huge difference for them.
We're also providing a free offer to anyone who participates. This is how you can help:
1. Before you go to sleep, ask to be taken to the Nether Worlds while in your dream state.
2. Work alongside the holy angels and Light Beings, as well as volunteers from about 150 universes, to support the revival and re-acclimation of these souls.

4. You'll receive one frequency acceleration activation for every night you serve (normal cost - $24.99).
With your help, we hope to return many of these to their loved ones as soon as possible. Please do what you can to help. With so many of the Holy Ones and beings throughout creation working on this 'around the clock,' we have high hopes for success. Special Christmas program
On Christmas Day, we're sponsoring a special Christmas webcast with the Councils of Light. Guest speakers will include Sanat Kumara, Divine Mother and Lady Clarion. Sanat Kumara will give us an update on the planet's transition. Divine Mother will share her perspective of current events and give an update of the progress we're making in the Nether Worlds. Lady Clarion will also share her thoughts on our current transition as she's been involved for eons of time and knows we're getting very near achieving our objectives.
The Holy Ones are promising special etheric gifts for everyone who attends (will probably include etheric precious jewels to strengthen our auras)! They have also promised some other special surprises, but they're not telling us what they have in mind. Angelic choirs have been scheduled and we're trying to work out the technical details so it can come through the dimensional boundaries (had to pull some strings for this!). Understanding the New Divine Templates
After just a few months, many of our clients who've taken our programs such as the Chakra Expansion & Frequency Acceleration, Extreme Lightwork and Merging to Oneness, have seen their frequencies skyrocket upwards beyond what most people would have thought possible. This opportunity for unlimited increases in our personal vibration was made possible through the establishment of new Light structures around the planet. The prior structures, established by the Dark, were hindering the Light from passing through to the planet.
As I've mentioned in previous issues, we had obtained seven special etheric templates from higher dimensions that will enhance our spiritual abilities. Users must have a much higher frequency than normal before they can properly assimilate and activate these unique tools. We're very delighted to see so many qualifying for all seven of our current templates, and we plan to go back and obtain more as we enjoy watching so many raise their frequencies to much higher levels. Please see the November issue for a discussion on why raising our frequencies is so important.
Since this is such a unique and important change in our spiritual journey, I thought readers might appreciate learning more about templates two through seven (I've covered the First Divine Template in significant detail in prior issues available on my website).
Second Template – (I AM) Clothing of Light
Available at a frequency of 133 million, this provides us with a special 3-piece suit of transparent (gossamer in appearance) clothing. This includes a shirt, pants and a cape. It seems to sublimate our body so that we transition to a Light body which can dwell in the spirit realm and we’ll cease to identify with our physical bodies.
Now our God-self can live in our set of clothing because it can align with that which is Divine. This will allow us to more easily tap into and manifest our I AM presence, because our I AM presence can live within our clothing of Light. The value to this is that we can more easily live through our I AM self, and we should practice this daily until eventually it becomes our normal state of being.
Third Template - Gratitude
We went to a busy place in a building that could have been out of a Star Wars movie, and a lot of important people were walking around. They wore numerous layers of clothing and were all bundled up. We walked up to a desk where a lady was seated. She appeared to be something like a receptionist or secretary. She greeted us and asked if we had an appointment. We said no, but we told her who we were, thinking that might mean something to them. She jumped up, pleased and excited, stating they were expecting us and that we should follow her to another room.
We were taken to a man who was obviously an authority figure. He was dressed in a ‘Star Trek’ like dress uniform and was a high ranking officer. He gave us a lot of Love energy. We asked him where we were and he said the name meant “Makers of the Dawn.” His name was something like “Joseph.” He took us to a holodeck and he arranged for a point of Light to be placed in our Crown Chakra. It would give us the ability to create and hold God-like thoughts. At first, the point of Light is sticking out about 18 inches above our heads and was glowing with an interesting quality of Light we’d never seen before.
This template is gratitude driven and it magnifies what we’re grateful for. As we express our gratitude it then attracts and multiplies more of the same. As we went through a series of statements of what we’re grateful for, the template activated and began to travel down through our bodies and eventually down into our Divine Feminine chakras. The more gratitude we expressed, the better we felt. Ideally we should use this daily and liberally. This template requires a frequency of 500 million.
Fourth Template – Joy and Delight
Requiring a frequency of six billion, this template allows us to truly enjoy any situation we happen to be living at a given moment, despite the nature of this experience.
When we arrived at our destination, we received quite a welcome from the beings at this dimension. They were short and furry beings similar to the ones from the Star Wars movies. It was apparent they were expecting us, as they gathered around us, jumping and cheering. After a few moments, the beings stepped back to reveal a tall, beautiful and very feminine lady. She was luminous in appearance and reminded us of paintings we had seen of the goddess Venus. This lady is a goddess too, and her name is Serah.
Serah gave us a blessing, covering us with a sparkling, gossamer Light energy. We then walked with her to a sea shore, and on the way we passed through fields of “joy and delight.” Once we reached the beach, she had us reach our hands into the water. It was clear, but when we touched it became shimmering and golden. As we held it in our hands it brought energies of joy and delight to us.
So the process is to stand in the ‘Ocean of Life’ and to dip our hands into and bring to ourselves what we need, whenever we need it. When we qualify for this template, the goddess puts a receptor in our hands, and we dip it into the Ocean of Life. So imagine standing at the ocean of life, and saying “I’m now dipping my hands into the Ocean of Life and receiving all the joy and delight as it relates to my ____________.”
Serah then took us by the hand, looked us in the eyes, and thanked us for coming. She assured us how much we are loved and how much we are blessed. She told us that we will not want for anything, and that the gift we received was very precious. She extended the invitation for us to bring many more people to the place they can also receive this.
Fifth Template – Visioning Hat
This template requires a frequency of 33 billion. The dimension we traveled to has a jagged landscape with angular trees. When we encountered the beings that live there, they were also angular in shape. Quite amusingly, one commented to us, “You sure are different.”
We asked them to “Take us to your leader.” They commented that they heard about us and were sort of expecting us. These people were very ‘matter-of-fact’ in their approach. We had to walk through a long path, and went through two tall cliffs. One of us was not properly clothed, which had to do with a matter-of-fact mental plane, so that was resolved shortly.
We ascended up a cliff through some type of invisible ‘energy beam’ and at the very top was a palace. It was not incredibly large, but it was special looking. The leader (Edmund) had seen us coming and was there to greet us. He had something for us that looked like a hat.
It was a three-cornered hat, and looked like a pyramid. We had a sense of immense excitement about it. When we put it on our heads, it gives us ‘visioning’ power. We can use this very powerful tool once a day for creating with our visioning what we wish to manifest for our day. The device is set for just one set of instructions per day. We don’t wear this all the time, as it could be too overwhelming. As we use this, we imagine as many details as we can that we seek to manifest. As we complete the process, we let it register and then observe what happens over the next 15 minutes. When finished, just put it in your back pocket.
Edmund reminded us that this was the first time this had been given to Earth people. He bowed and said he was honored by our visit.
Sixth Template – Arc of Simplification
Those who reach 101 billion in their frequency can qualify for this template. We went back to see Edmund again and he took us into his laboratory. His lab was full of incredible, hi-tech gadgets that are completely unknown to our 3D consciousness. We were starting to liken Edmund as the galactic version of ‘Q,’ the scientist with all the gadgets from the James Bond movies.
Edmund gave us a tool that will compress and simplify the complexities of any situation. It looked like a rainbow colored band of Light. When needed in a situation, we imagine it wrapped around the issue needing simplifying. When not using this tool, we can just place it slightly above our heads until we need it.
Seventh Template – Etheric Life Map
When we reach 775 billion in our vibration, we receive this template, an etheric ‘road map’ for our life. We went back to see Edmund and he took us to what looked like an ancient, dusty storeroom, similar to what you might see in the Harry Potter movies. Edmund said, “No one has ever asked for this before.”
He took out a roll of paper and unrolled it flat on a table, like you would a map. In explaining how to use it, Edmund said, “We are here (he marked an ‘X’) and you want to get over there (another ‘X’). The map makes a path from here to there. So you identify where you and where you want to be, and the map will set a clear path of how to get there.”
As you use it, the path you set lights up to show you how to get where you want to go. It identifies partners you’ll need, obstacles you’ll encounter, and most likely timeframes based on current energies in place. Those who have also taken the Extreme Lightwork training will have the tools to break through any obstacles they find on their path. When you’re not using it, the map can easily fit into your pocket.
New Light Energies Available for the Planet
As the Earth's frequency continues to increase (as it does every day at a phenomenal rate), old structures are torn down and replaced with new ones, and the planet is able to handle much stronger energies. Two of these new energies are discussed below:
‘The Mother Light’ from the Divine Mother
For the first time on Earth, the Holy Mother has authorized the official release of the Mother Light; a powerful new restorative Light composed of energies from the White and Pink Rays, and other special properties. This special ray is used to help bring in the New Earth as the structures of the old Earth are torn down. For the first time ever, the planet is now ready to receive this powerful energy due to recent increases in the planet’s frequency. Please use it often by calling on the Divine Mother, and using it for healing and expediting the necessary changes for our planet in all aspects of our society.
New Light Energy from Genesh - Update
Back in August I announced the arrival of the Crystal Iridescent Ray for the planet. Sponsored by Genesh, this new energy has been used by over 50,000 Lightworkers throughout the planet, with 28% of them using it regularly. Rated 1,000 times more powerful than St. Germaine’s Violet Flame, this Ray became available due to significant increases in the planet’s frequency. Please use it often for yourself, your family and friends, all other life on the planet and for any situation that needs the transmutation of negative low-level energies. This energy is excellent for both healing and dissolving low-level energies.
What’s New with Circle of Lights
We are happy to report that people from at least 107 different countries are accessing our message about the Light and they have downloaded over 9,300 articles from our site. Our goal is to share knowledge of the Light energies with as many people as possible in order to help make a difference for the planet.
We're offering group sessions several times a week to give those interested in experiencing what these higher dimensional energies feel like. We're also offering training for those interested in learning Extreme Lightwork and Merging to Oneness, that will allow participants to greatly impact the planet and grow their frequencies exponentially. Two other services we're working on include 'Past Life Interventions' and a method for completely removing the Ego programming that's holding back humanity.

After class today, I decided to take my wand and energize an apple before I ate it, with Divine Mother's White/Pink Light. Wow! Unreal, I could feel the love as I ate the apple and I have been feeling it ever since in my stomach. I have been blessing my food and transforming it for a very long time now, but this far exceed anything I have ever done and I will be using this one from now on. I just thought that you might like to give it a try yourself and maybe have your children do it, since they are so advanced and see what they have to say about it.
